School Support Manager

The role of the School Support Manager is to engage with students/parents/carers if they are experiencing any difficulties in or out of school.  

 

At Lakeside we have a residential School Support Manager who is available throughout the day to assist the students.

 

The main role of School Support Manager

  • Developing intervention strategies to increase academic success.

  • Assisting with conflict resolution, problem solving and self awareness.

  • Helping the student develop appropriate social interaction skills.

  • Assisting the student in understanding and accepting self and others.
