School Support Manager
The role of the School Support Manager is to engage with students/parents/carers if they are experiencing any difficulties in or out of school.
At Lakeside we have a residential School Support Manager who is available throughout the day to assist the students.
The main role of School Support Manager

Developing intervention strategies to increase academic success.

Assisting with conflict resolution, problem solving and self awareness.

Helping the student develop appropriate social interaction skills.

Assisting the student in understanding and accepting self and others.
